1. The credits for lectures through distance learning courses shall not exceed one-half of the
total credits for graduation.
2. The relevant provisions of the thesis shall be handled in accordance with the program regulations
of Graduate School of Business and Administration at Shu-Te University.
3. According to the need of writing thesis, the advisor may request students to take relevant
undergraduate courses.
4. Each graduate student needs to publish a conference or journal paper before graduation. The
paper should be submitted in accordance with the implementation rules specified by the graduation
requirements of the program.
5. Graduate students are required to allow one month period between application for thesis oral
examination and approval of thesis proposal.
6. Graduate students have to pass thesis oral examination before they apply for graduation. The final
score of thesis oral examination will be the score for the required “Thesis” course.
