1. On-line application for graduation
- Doctoral and Master’s degrees：December 12, 2022 (Monday) to February 13, 2023 (Monday)
※ Students that are not able to apply per the timetable will be regarded as extension students of the 2st semester, 2022 academic year.

2. Collecting degree certificates
- Degree certificates can be collected after the approval of all units in the graduation procedure.

- Time of collection: starting from January 31, 2023 (Thursday)
- Manners of collection
(1) Collection in person: Please visit Academic Affairs Office with your student ID card (or your identity card if the student ID card is lost)。
(2) Entrust others to collect with the following documents:
a. The graduate’s original student ID card (or identity card) and the identity card of the trustee.
b. Power of attorney (Please download at the Academic Affairs Office web page/academic affairs forms/power of attorney for collecting degree certificates)。
3. Other considerations
- Campus office hours: 8:00 ~ 12:00 am and 1:00~5:00 pm (9:00 am ~ 4:00 pm during semester breaks)
- Collection at night or vacations can be arranged at the Academic Affairs Office (extensions 2009, 2010, 2012 or 2016) to make an appointment for collecting at the Continuing Education Office.
- Please follow the status of application for graduation on line. Since the operation time varies among departments, any questions regarding rejection of application should be inquired at individual academic departments.
